Do Sierra-at-Tahoe Pass Holders have access to Ikon Pass destinations?

Sierra-at-Tahoe pass products do not provide access to Ikon Pass resorts.

Can I upgrade my Sierra Pass to add access to the Ikon Pass resorts?

Sierra-at-Tahoe Season Passes are not eligible for upgrade to an Ikon Pass, however it provides access to Sierra-at-Tahoe all season long and provides other in-resort benefits that the Ikon Pass does not. The Ikon Pass provides between 2 and 7 days of access to Sierra-at-Tahoe during the 2025/26 season. If you want to visit Ikon Pass resorts, you will need to purchase an Ikon Pass. Yes, an Ikon Pass is not the same as a Sierra-at-Tahoe Season Pass and comes with different benefits.

Ikon Pass holders receive a 25% Friends & Family discount off the walk-up rate on a 1-day, full-day Lift Ticket at Sierra-at-Tahoe at any ticket location at the resort.

Only Sierra-at-Tahoe passholders enjoy access to 17 other Powder Alliance resorts, discounted BFF lift tickets, Bring a Friend for FREE Fridays, 20% off on-mountain purchases + access to special passholder events.

How do I use my Ikon Pass at Sierra-at-Tahoe?

Ikon Passes are direct-to-lift at Sierra-at-Tahoe; there is no need to visit a ticket location upon arrival if you have your Ikon Pass, just head straight to the lift! (Be mindful of your Ikon Pass type if there are any date restrictions.)

If you have yet to receive or pick-up your Ikon Pass for the 2025-26 season, you may do so at Sierra-at-Tahoe’s Season Pass Office. Alternatively, if you have forgotten your Ikon Pass, please visit the Season Pass Office or a ticket window to have your pass card replaced. First-time replacements are free.

How do I redeem my Ikon Pass Friends & Family Tickets at Sierra-at-Tahoe?

You can redeem your 25% Friends & Family Discount off the walk-up rate on a 1-day, full-day Lift Ticket at Sierra-at-Tahoe at any ticket window at the resort. Friends & Family discount tickets cannot be purchased online.
