Why Did Sierra Adopt Reserve ‘N Ski Parking Reservations?
Sierra-at-Tahoe has received feedback from its guests and local community regarding the impacts of its first-come, first-served parking model on high-volume days. By implementing parking reservations, guests will have peace of mind that parking will be available before they leave their homes, while helping to reduce traffic impacts. Additionally, Sierra hopes to help reduce carbon emissions by providing free reservations to guests with 4 or more people in their car.

Repeated missed reservations (not cancelled by 8 AM on the day of the reservation) may result in the loss of the ability to make free reservations and are subject to no-show penalties.

Why should I cancel my reservation if I can’t use it?
Our goal is to let as many people as possible enjoy the mountain. If you have a reservation that you are unable to use and do not cancel it, that means someone else was unable to ski or ride that day. This helps us share the love of the mountain. All missed reservations may be subject to no-show penalties.
