Private Lessons

Time: 9 AM or 1 PM

Private lessons are the fastest way to get started or take your skiing + riding to the next level. With one-on-one or small group instruction, students can make more progress in a single lesson than in an entire season on their own. Sierra offers 1-hour, 3-hour or full-day sessions. Personalized feedback + attention help fine-tune technique while enjoying the mountain. 

Private lessons are subject to instructor availability. Reservation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance.

Things to Know

  • Please note that lessons are subject to selling out. While reservations are not required, we strongly recommend you make them at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. 
  • Dress appropriately for the weather. Layers are best. 
  • Be sure you have eye protection (goggles for snowy days and sunglasses for sunny days). 
  • Hats, gloves, sunscreen + other items you might forget are available at the Sierra Mt. Sports Shop. 
  • Helmet rentals are available at the mountain. 
  • Cancellation Policy: 3-PAKs are non-refundable, non-transferable. Adult group lessons are non-refundable. Lessons can be rescheduled (based on availability) if contacting us more than 24 hours prior to the lesson arrival and is subject to a rebooking fee. Please email passoffice@sierraattahoe.com to reschedule.
