Wedding Packages
We want to make your day special and as enjoyable as possible, bringing any ideas to life that we can. Our base packages include site fee, set-up, table, chairs, and highly professional staff. We have a variety of menu and beverage package options to suit you. We have a great network of local, preferred vendors to take care of any additional needs.

Rates and Details
Rates depend on your ceremony and reception site selection. We can accommodate up to 400 guests at our venue and offer both indoor and outdoor seating options. Pricing is based on a set up for 150 people and a four-hour ceremony and reception time slot. Additional hours and guests can be accommodated for an additional fee. Our starting rates are listed below:
- Monday - Thursday (Non-holiday): $4,250 - $5,250
- Friday – Sunday and Holidays: $4,750 - $5,500
- Additional Hours: $500
FAQ's
Sierra-at-Tahoe does not allow outside alcohol or beer. A $25 per bottle corkage fee applies for any outside wine.
You will be allowed to arrive 2 hours prior to the event start time to decorate the venue. All decorations must be removed following the event.
Our event season here at Sierra at Tahoe is from June-September, as outside that window the chance for inclement weather on the mountain is much higher, as well as the need to switch from winter to summer operations + summer to winter, and the lack of privacy during the winter operating months.
The deposit is due at the time of contract signing. The deposit amount is 50% of the overall site fee, to be determined based upon additional hours and amenities
Sierra-at-Tahoe does not offer lodging, however we are located just 20 minutes from numerous lodging properties in South Lake Tahoe. We have partnerships with numerous properties in South Lake Tahoe and would be happy to suggest options for lodging and transportation that would work best for you and your guests.
