Sierra Knights - Rail Jam Series

Online Registration closed, walk-up registration will be available on the day of the event, first come first served, pending availability. Please note: Registration for the second event will open on Jan. 7th, 2024.

AFTER HOURS RAIL JAM??? That's right! Friday nights are for under the lights! 

Sierra Knights is our brand new 3-part after-hours rail jam series. Join us to show off your skills. Compete for awesome prizes at each event + a chance for a cash prize at the last one! 

Our first Battle of the Steel will take place in a special Terrain Park on Broadway, Friday, Jan. 5th, 2024. The event lineup will be as followed:

• 3:00-4:00pm - Course open for practice*
  • *Course open to pass holders + day ticket holders only while lifts are spinning.
  • For any non pass holders / non day ticket holders, a walking ticket will be available at no charge for the hike park after 4pm, no lift access allowed.
• 4:00pm - Rider's meeting / Course inspection*
  • *This is a HIKE COURSE ONLY. No lift access after 4:00pm.
• 4:15pm - Heat One 
  • Women's Open - Both Ski + SB
• 5:00pm - Heat Two
  • Snowskate Open - Men + Women
• 5:30pm - Heat Three
  • Men's Open - Both Ski + SB
• 6:15pm - Awards

Lap the course as much or as little as you like. Contestants will be judged not only on skill, but also participation and stoke levels!

The first + second event will act as qualifiers for the third event. Winners will earn an automatic spot in the third event. 

In the Plaza find live music, a vibrant vendor village + local artists creating high vibes and community collaborations! 

To sign up, hit the registration button below. After you fill out the registration form, keep an eye out for an email with links to pay your $25 registration fee + sign your online Release of Liability. An email with more details will be sent out to registered contestants 1 week prior to each event. Walk-up registration will be available on a first come, first served basis based on available slots.
