METHODOLOGY Presented by Vans

Attempt your fastest time during your two runs on the banked slalom course. After the finish line, show the judges your best method on the designated hip for a chance to deduct time off your best banked slalom result.

Spots are limited so register now! 100% of proceeds will go to the new Ken Block 43i (Forty Three Institute - providing support and growth opportunities for athletes - learn more here.) Raffle (open to anyone) will take place during awards with the opportunity to win amazing prizes from our sponsors: Vans “Off The Wall”, Arbor Snowboards, MIZU, Avalon7, Slush the Magazine, Electric, Gozney, Sun Bum, and Crab Grab. All prizes to be picked-up in-person the day of the event.

The age groups are:
Boys (13 and under)
Girls (13 and under)
Youth Men (14-17)
Youth Women (14-17)
Open Men
Open Women
Gentlemen (35+)
Ladies (35+)

(a) Methodology competitors only, can purchase a discounted lift ticket for $50 the morning of the event

(b) Anyone may purchase a typical Sierra-at-Tahoe lift ticket here

-Check In/Bib Pick-Up 8:00-9:30 AM (plaza)
-Practice 9:30-10:30 AM
-Rider Meeting, Top of Course 10:30-10:45 AM
-Banked Slalom Race & Hip Method Judging 10:45 AM until 2:30 PM
-AWARDS and RAFFLE (open to all) 4:00 PM (plaza)
