Reservations cannot be changed on the day of your arrival, but we know plans can change.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations can be refunded or rebooked* within the current season if requested 2 days or more prior to your original arrival date.
Cancellation requests made with less than a 2-day notice are non-refundable but may be rebooked* within the current season with a $50 rebooking fee. Requests MUST be received by 11:59PM the day prior to your arrival to be rebooked*.
Changes to your dated reservation cannot be made on the day of your scheduled arrival and will result in the forfeiture of the product. This includes no-shows and late arrivals for lessons.
Cancellations must be requested via the form - link below - requests submitted by phone will not be honored.
*A product price difference may apply. There are no refunds if a lesser price. Tickets purchased through outside venders are non-refundable.
